BCCI announced the Indian team for this series. Suryakumar Yadav will be the captain of this series. Ruthuraj Gaikwad will be the vice-captain. Shreyar Iyer will act as the vice-captain for the last two T20s in this five-match T20 series.

He was rested for the first three T20s. Along with Akshar Patel, Ishan Kishan, Yashaswi Jaiswal, Tilak Verma, Shivam Dubey, Arshdeep Singh and other players are back in the team.
