AP Sarkar’s petition in Supreme Court challenging Chandrababu’s bail

The AP CID has approached the Supreme Court on the regular bail of AP High Court in the skill case of TDP leader Chandrababu. It is known that the AP High Court has granted regular bail to Chandrababu in the Skill Development Scam case. CID is objecting to the High Court not considering the argument. In this context, the CID has filed a petition in the Supreme Court challenging the judgment given by the High Court. The Supreme Court hearing this petition should be included in the list of hearings.

CID is objecting to regular bail of Chandrababu. CID feels that if the person accused of corruption is out there, there is a possibility of affecting the case. In this order, CID has filed a special leave petition in the Supreme Court to revoke Chandrababu’s bail and hand him over to custody.

The Andhra Pradesh High Court’s grant of regular bail to Chandrababu Naidu in the AP Skill Development case has been challenged by the CID in the Supreme Court. A special leave petition was filed on Tuesday (November 21) morning. AAG Ponnavolu Sudhakar Reddy along with the CID legal team reached New Delhi and filed a petition in the Supreme Court. The AP High Court has strongly objected to granting bail to Chandrababu in the Skill Scam case.

It has submitted to the Supreme Court that it has all the evidence of Chandrababu Naidu’s corruption. Considering these evidences, the CID requested the Supreme Court to cancel Chandrababu’s bail and hand him over to custody.

The lawyers for the CID stated in the petition that the High Court tried to go into matters which the petitioners did not argue and which they did not ask for. He said that the High Court has overstepped its jurisdiction and made comments in the judgment.. about the merits of the case, about the relevance, about the defects in the investigation of the evidence at the time of the bail petition.

At a time like this, they expressed their concern that there is a possibility that they will positively change the comments made by the court during the bail. AAG Ponnavolu says that the TDP has not given the information requested by the CDI.
