Party sources say that the Congress leadership has finalized the name of Raghurama Reddy, the mentor of minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy and film hero Victory Venkatesh.

Hyderabad: In the background of Lok Sabha Elections-2024 (Lok Sabha Polls 2024), the political circles of Telugu states are eagerly waiting for Khammam Lok Sabha Congress candidate, finally there is clarity. Party sources say that the Congress leadership has finalized the name of Raghurama Reddy, the mentor of minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy and film hero Victory Venkatesh. Although Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramarka tried hard for his wife Nandini, Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy for his brother Prasad Reddy and Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao for his son Yugandhar, the Congress leadership favored Raghurama Reddy.

Candidates for Hyderabad and Karimnagar seats have also been finalized

It is reported that the Congress party has finalized the candidates who will contest in Khammam Lok Sabha as well as Hyderabad and Karimnagar Lok Sabha seats. It is learned that the ticket has been confirmed for Velichala Rajender Rao from Karimnagar and Sameer Ullah from Hyderabad seat. In this regard, an official announcement is likely to be made on Tuesday evening. Meanwhile, Rajender Rao, who will contest from Karimnagar, and Raghurami Reddy, who will stand in Khammam constituency, have already filed their nominations. Sameer, who has got a chance to become Hyderabad Congress MP candidate, is likely to file his nomination tomorrow.

Beforms will be given at 6 pm

Hastam Party will hand over B forms to MP candidates who have got tickets. AICC Telangana Congress Affairs Incharge Deepa Das Munshi will present the information to the candidates at Gandhi Bhavan at 6 pm. Beforms will be given to all 14 candidates. Party sources said that the three will be handed over tomorrow (Wednesday).
