A news agency said that the first major explosion occurred at 2.30 pm on Saturday, followed by smaller explosions for an hour. High temperatures are currently being recorded in Cambodia. Hail is blowing locally. The province where the blast took place recorded a maximum of 39 degrees on Saturday. “Actually high temperatures do not cause ammunition to explode. But.. the quality of explosives deteriorates with time. “There is a possibility that one small incident could lead to a huge disaster,” experts said.
