Chennai: A 7-month-old baby who fell from the 4th floor balcony of Tirumullaivayal apartment near Chennai was rescued safely. Police are investigating the incident.

There is a privately owned apartment complex in Tirumullaivayal near Aavadi next to Chennai. In this, Venkatesh-Ramya couple is living. Their 7-month-old child fell on a tin sheet from the 4th floor balcony of Hyre’s apartment. Seeing this, the residents living nearby, acted quickly and got involved in the rescue of the child.

Residents immediately gathered there and waited by spreading the big bed sheet to prevent the baby from falling down. In this case, some people climbed up through the balcony of the house below the floor where the baby was and rescued the baby who was hanging in a dangerous condition. The video of the rescue of the child at risk of life has been released on the Internet and is being shared rapidly.

During the rescue operation, the child sustained minor injuries on his arm and leg. The child was immediately admitted to a private hospital in Avadi and is being treated. Doctors have said that the child is fine. Thirumullaivayal police are investigating the incident.
