Young man was getting henna applied for marriage, police arrested him on girlfriend’s complaint

Naiduniya News, Bilaspur. A young man living in Fadwani of Mungeli district kept having physical relations with a girl he knew for four years on the pretext of marriage. Later he was preparing to marry another girl. On getting information about this, the girl complained to the Civil Line police station. When the police reached his village on the complaint of the girl, the young man was getting henna applied on his hands for marriage. The police have arrested the accused youth and presented him in the court.

The girl, living in Mungeli district, used to work in a private institution while staying at her relative’s house. When she lived in the village, she was known to Falit Sahu, a youth living in Fadwani of Mungeli district. Later the girl came to the city to work. The young man used to come to the city to meet him. Meanwhile, he took the girl to a lounge in the Civil Line area and had physical relations with her. After this, he continued exploiting the girl for four years on the pretext of marriage. Meanwhile, the young man’s relatives fixed his marriage at another place. The young man kept the matter of his marriage hidden from the girl. The young man came to the city on April 3. He invited the girl to meet him. After having physical relations here the young man left. Meanwhile, the girl came to know that a young man was getting married in the village. The girl reached Civil Lines police station and complained about the incident. On this the police registered a case of rape. When the police team reached the young man’s village, the young man was getting henna applied on his hands. The police team arrested the youth and brought him to the police station. The youth has been presented in the court.
