Karan Johar Reacted On Boycott Bollywood Trend Says All Films Are Indian Films

Karan Johar: Bollywood films are currently shocked due to the ‘Boycott Trend’. Due to this boycott trend, one after another movies are failing at the box office. This trend has hit the movies hard. The films of big actors like Akshay Kumar, Aamir Khan and Ranbir Kapoor have also fallen flat. Many artists have reacted to this boycott trend. Now producer-director Karan Johar has also given his reaction on this trend. He has expressed his opinion on this during a promotion event of the movie ‘Brahmastra’.

According to media reports, Karan Johar has said that the film industry should not be seen as ‘Bollywood’ or ‘Tollywood’. Karan Johar said, films should be called ‘Indian films’ without making a distinction between ‘Bollywood’ or ‘Tolly’.

What did Karan Johar say?

Recently, Karan Johar reached Hyderabad for promotions with team ‘Brahmastra’. Meanwhile, Karan gave his reaction on the boycott trend of Bollywood. He said, ‘We are trying our best to make people like the film. As SS Rajamouli sir said, this is Indian cinema. It should not be given any other names. But, we keep calling it Bollywood, Tollywood. We are proud to be a part of this Indian film industry. Now every film should be recognized as an Indian film.’

An appeal to watch the film

Rajamouli praised director Ayan Mukerji for taking Indian cinema to new heights by making a unique film like ‘Brahmastra’ and urged everyone to watch the film. On this occasion, Rajamouli urged people not to discriminate between South and Hindi films. He said that a different kind of film like ‘Brahmastra’ should be seen as a moment of pride in Indian cinema.

The movie ‘Brahmastra’ is directed by Ayan Mukerji. So, this film is produced by Karan Johar. The audience is eagerly waiting for this film which has a strong star cast. Also, the audience is also excited to see the pair of Alia and Ranbir on the big screen. The songs ‘Kesariya’, Deva Deva from this movie are getting popular with the audience.
