Hisar, Jagran correspondent: The Meteorological Center in Haryana has issued a yellow alert for the entire state regarding rainfall for the period from September 18 to 19. Along with this, due to the partial effect of western disturbance, it continued to rain in Hisar on Sunday. Average rainfall levels are expected to remain below normal throughout the state in the first fortnight of September.
The temperature dropped after the rain
Due to the partial effect of western disturbance in the weather, Hisar received 8 mm rainfall on Sunday. Balsamand area adjoining Rajasthan also received seven mm rainfall. A drop in temperature was recorded due to rain during the day. Meteorologists have expressed the possibility of intermittent rains till September 18.

Good rain expected in the state
Dr. Madan Khichad, Head of the Department of Agricultural Meteorology, Haryana Agricultural University, said that a record of 8 mm of rainfall was recorded during the day in Hisar on Sunday. Light drizzle started before noon but later when the rain got better, some places on Delhi Road were waterlogged. The faces of the farmers are also smiling due to the rain.
Paddy farmers troubled by rain
At the same time, due to excessive rains, the troubles of paddy farmers have increased. Farmers carrying paddy to the market are facing rain. Farmers’ paddy is getting wet due to rain. Meanwhile, in this matter, Marketing Mandi Board Secretary Shri Bhagwan Mudgil, the officer, said that the paddy which has reached the market till now, has been kept under the shed. Some heaps were lying in the open, which were covered with tarpaulins by farmers and commission agents. Roads have been repaired and the drainage system has been improved.
