Rajeev/Nuh: There was a stir on Sunday afternoon after the sighting of a leopard in Sohna hill on National Highway 919 in Tawadu section of Nuh district of Haryana. The leopard sat in a hut built along the road. After seeing the leopard, the local people immediately informed the police. During this time a large crowd of people also gathered to see the leopard. But the police reached the spot and took control of the situation and dispersed the crowd. After some time, the team of Wildlife Department also reached the spot but by then the leopard ran away from there. Ramkumar, who was present at the spot and was an eyewitness, said that he had seen the leopard while crossing the road at around 2 pm on Sunday afternoon. Which had entered a kiosk built in the Aravalli area along the road. He got scared as soon as he saw the leopard. Informed the police with the help of locals and passersby. The news of finding a leopard in the mountains created a stir. The police who reached the spot also tried their level best to find the footprints of the leopard.
