4 days ago, the National Medical Council (NMC) had issued a new action. Accordingly, the commission had ordered that everyone should maintain a medical record containing the details of patients and install CCTV cameras at certain places.

For Government Servants: In this case, the Puducherry government has issued an order to all the government employees.. The Chief Secretary has ordered to make the biometric attendance system mandatory for the government employees from January 1.
New Order: More than 30 thousand employees are working in Puducherry government departments. Some of them are lax in their work.. Some are not present in the office during working hours.. Some do not follow the orders of their superiors. Apart from that, government employees have to work from 8.45 am to 5.45 pm.
But the employees do not come to the office on time… As all these allegations keep coming up, a curfew order has been issued for all this.
Procedures: The order issued by Chief Secretary Rajiv Verma reads: “Anti-bribery management procedures should be implemented in all government offices within 6 months. Accordingly, biometric attendance registration should be implemented immediately in government offices by January 1.
Grievances to the Governor should be redressed within 30 days of complaints received on the Grievance Redressal Day. All complaints must be resolved in a fair manner within 2 months. All work should be tracked digitally. Encroachments should be inspected and removed once a week,” he said.
Vibrating Staff: He added that the Administrative Reforms Department had set up a special team to monitor the attendance of government employees to redress the grievances, but to no avail, hence steps have been taken to strictly enforce the order. These orders of the Puducherry government are shaking the government employees.
