IMD Weather Alert: Cold has knocked in many states of the country including Haryana and Punjab. Common people have started wearing winter clothes and light fog has also started coming.

Weather disturbances across the country during the last 24 hours
During the last 24 hours, light to moderate rain occurred over southern Tamil Nadu and Andaman and Nicobar Islands with isolated heavy falls.
Light rain occurred over coastal Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh coast, Kerala and Lakshadweep.
The air quality index of Delhi and NCR remained in the very poor category.
Probable weather activity during next 24 hours
During the next 24 hours, light to moderate rain with isolated heavy falls may occur over coastal Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and parts of Kerala.
Light to moderate rain is possible over South Interior Karnataka, Rayalaseema and Lakshadweep.
Light rain may occur over Northeast India and Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
Due to increase in wind speed, air quality index will improve in Delhi and NCR from November 21.
