President Murmu Odisha Visit: President Murmu is going to visit Odisha today and she will also green light three new trains. The Governor is also included in this program of the President.
President Murmu Odisha Visit: President Draupadi will flag off the three trains from Badampahar station on Murm Tuesday i.e. this morning. She is also going to join the Governor in this program, she is reaching her native village for the second time after becoming the President.
All will be involved in the program
Governor Raghuvar Das, Union Education and Skill Development Minister Dhamendra Pradhan, Railway Information Technology Minister Ashwini Vaishnav, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnai, Union Minister of State for Water Power Vishweshwar Tudu along with General Manager of Railways Anil Kumar Mishra, Chakradharpur Mandal DRM Many top officials including Arun J Rathore will be present.
During the program on Tuesday, the President will also lay the foundation stone for the redevelopment of Badanpahar station and other passenger facilities under the Amrit Bharat Yojana. Apart from this, various projects will be initiated by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, including a new post office in Rairangpur.
As we all know that after Murma became the President, the railway administration is developing the Badam Pahar section. It includes several schemes including redevelopment of several stations, doubling of rail lines, 100 percent electrification, increase in passenger facilities, increase in length and height of flatforms.

The new scheme will come in front of people
Let us tell you that very soon a plan will come to people. Railway administration is planning to connect Badam Pahar with East Coast Zone Puri line soon. For this, the inspection report was sent to the Railway Board by the officials last year. At present there is no station beyond Badampahar, so work is being done to connect the said line with another station namely Baripada.
