Nagpur: The voting percentage during the first phase of voting was very low in entire Vidarbha including Nagpur in Maharashtra. Meanwhile, a case has come to light which everyone is surprised to hear. In fact, when a person reached here to vote, he was told that according to the voter list, he had died, hence he could not vote.

What is the whole matter?

Actually this person had been declared dead in the voter list. In such a situation, when he reached the voter center to cast his vote, he was told that according to the list he had died. When this person first reached the voter center, he was told that his name was not there. After this he contacted the DM office and the officials said that they will look into the matter. It is possible that this may have happened due to the mistake of an employee. The officials also said that we cannot do anything right now. Get it updated next time.

The victim, Suresh alias Chhotu Baitage, could not use his vote. The person told that when his brother died in 2018, his name along with his brother’s was also removed from the voter list. He said that at the voter center he kept shouting that he was alive, he also had an identity card and voter card but he could not vote because his name was deleted in the voter list.

Suresh had voted in the 2019 elections but this time he could not vote. He is very disappointed about this.
