The death of 4 women who underwent family planning has come as a shock in Telangana. Five days ago, four women who participated in a sterilization camp at a government hospital in Ranga Reddy district of Telangana died. Four women died of family planning. Double puncture laparoscopy is done in this sterilization camp. Relatives of the women victims are protesting that four deaths were caused due to the negligence of the doctors.

The state government has ordered a detailed investigation into the incident under the leadership of the state director of the public health department. He has also been ordered to conduct a detailed inquiry and submit a report within seven days.

It has been revealed that the affected women had symptoms including gastroenteritis. However, he said that he can say anything further only after the post-mortem results. A total of 34 women were treated for hysterectomy that day. After this, four women out of those 34 have died, and the other 30 women are being closely monitored by the team of doctors. None of them are known to be in a life-threatening condition.

Meanwhile, the government is taking responsibility for the education of the children of the deceased women.

The incident has created a sensation in Telangana.
