Raipur. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel will inaugurate Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh outpost in the 29th district of Chhattisgarh on September 2. On September 3, the 30th district of Sarangarh-Bilaigarh and the 31st district of Khairagarh-Chhuikhadan-Gandai will be launched. In this way, the election promise of the Congress government from the 31st district of the state Khairagarh-Chhuikhadan-Gandai will be fulfilled. At the time of Khairagarh assembly by-election, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel had announced to make it a district as soon as he won the election. Same thing happened. As soon as Congress candidate Yashoda Verma won the election, the Chief Minister started the process of forming the district. The newly formed district will be bounded by Kabirdham district in the north, Dongargarh tehsil Rajnandgaon in the south, Saja and Durg ka Dhamdha tehsils of Bemetara district in the east and Lanji tehsil of Balaghat district of Madhya Pradesh in the west. The population of this district is three lakh 68 thousand 444. The total number of villages is 494 and there are three urban bodies.
The number of districts will be 33
The inauguration work of the five newly formed districts will be completed in September. In such a situation, the number of districts in the state will increase from 28 to 33. According to the scheduled program, Chief Minister Baghel will inaugurate the Mohala-Manpur-Ambagarh outpost on September 2 at one o’clock in the afternoon in a dignified program organized at the mini stadium of Mohalla. Food and Civil Supplies Minister Amarjit Bhagat will preside over the program. The next day, on September 3, at 11 am, in a program organized at the Khelbhatha ground of Sarangarh, he will inaugurate the district of Sarangarh-Bilaigarh. School Education and Tribal Welfare Minister Dr. Premsai Singh Tekam will preside over the program here.
Chief Minister Baghel will inaugurate the Khairagarh-Chhuikhadan-Gandai district on September 3 at one o’clock in the afternoon in a program organized at Raja Fateh Singh Sports Ground in Khairagarh. Food and Civil Supplies Minister Amarjit Bhagat will preside over the program. Ministers, MPs, MLAs and local public representatives will also participate during the program. According to the program, a grand rally will also be organized at the time of inauguration of these districts. Manendragarh and Sakti districts will also be inaugurated in September itself. The present Congress government had earlier formed the Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi district. Documents will be distributed in the presence of Chief Minister Baghel in the new district.
29th district Mohala-Manpur-Ambagarh outpost will come in Durg division
Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh outpost will be formed by separating the 29th district from Rajnandgaon. It will come in Durg division. If we look at its geographical boundaries, it will be bordered by Churia Tehsil of Rajnandgaon in the north, Durgukondal of Kanker in the south, Daundi of Balod in the east and Maharashtra in the west. The total population of 2 lakh 14 thousand 667 hectares in 499 villages in newly formed district is 2 lakh 83 thousand 947. Of these, the total population of Scheduled Tribes is one lakh 79 thousand 662 people, which is 63.27 percent of the total population of the district.

The 30th district of the state, Sarangarh-Bilaigarh, will be carved out of two districts. These include subdivisions of Sarangarh, Barmakela and Balodabazar-Bhatapara districts of Raigad district and Bilaigarh and Tehsil Bilaigarh. In its north border will be Pusaur tehsil of Raigad, in the south the Saraipali of Mahasamund, in the east Bargarh district of Odisha, in the west will be the border of Kasdol tehsil of Balodabazar district. The population of the newly formed district is six lakh 17 thousand. There are 1406 schools, seven colleges, 33 banks, three projects, 141 health centres, 10 police stations and two outposts.
