Arvind Kejriwal proves majority, wins trust vote in Delhi Assembly: Dispute between AAP and BJP is raging. Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia is facing charges in Delhi liquor scam. Meanwhile, CM Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia are accusing BJP of trying to topple the Delhi government. AAP leaders are criticizing BJP for offering Rs 20 crore to each MLA. Aam Aadmi Party leaders are alleging that the central government is using central agencies to target AAP leaders due to the increasing popularity of Aam Aadmi Party in Gujarat.
Meanwhile, CM Kejriwal held a test of confidence in the Delhi Assembly on Thursday. CM Arvind Kejriwal has won the trust test. 58 MLAs voted in favor of Kejriwal’s Aam Aadmi Party in the confidence test. AAP has 62 MLAs while BJP has eight MLAs in the 70-member Delhi Assembly. With this, the magic figure was easily surpassed by the AAP party and proved its majority.

Kejriwal said that the opposition BJP’s ‘Operation Kamalam’ to topple his government has failed. The vote of confidence was introduced in the Delhi Assembly on August 29. Voting was held on Thursday. Arvind Kejriwal said that BJP’s Operation Kamalam has become ‘Operation Kichad’. At present AAP party has 62 MLAs, two are abroad, one is in jail and the other is Speaker. The remaining 58 declared their support for Kejriwal.
Kejriwal supported Deputy CM Manis Sisodia in the Delhi Excise Policy case. The Delhi CM commented that what was not found in Sisodia’s house during the CBI raids.. He did not have any money. CM Kejriwal asked Lt Governor of Delhi and Home Minister to take appropriate action in Sangam Vihar case where a 16-year-old girl was shot with a gun.
