The Chief Minister of Telangana, popularly known as KCR, K. Chandrashekhar Rao, indirectly targeting the BJP, has called upon the democratic and secular forces to unite to thwart the attempts of evil forces to create religious hatred by evil forces. Also the Chief Minister has urged intellectuals and thinkers in the name of religion for politics. Invited to join the fight against divisiveness among the people. CPI(M) leaders told KCR that they would extend full support to his fight against the forces spreading hatred in the name of religion. On the occasion, CPI(M) leaders submitted a memorandum to the Chief Minister on various problems being faced by the people. CPI(M) on 1 September Decided to support Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) in the upcoming by-election to Munugode assembly seat. Veerabhadram said there is a need to stop the BJP which is “misusing” the institutions for its political interests. Decided to give conditional support, as he believes that the ruling party has the power to defeat the BJP.
