Shimla, Jagran Correspondent. Himachal Govt Employee Arrest with Chitta, Shimla Police has intensified the campaign against drugs. The special investigation team of the police got a big success late last Saturday evening. Police have arrested a government employee for selling drugs. The police have also recovered 62.37 grams of chitta from it. During interrogation of the accused, who was caught with drugs by the police, it was found that he had bought Chitta in Shimla itself.
Based on the information, the Special Investigation Team of the police laid a trap to nab the accused. The Special Investigation Team (SIU) raided the official residence of the accused and caught him along with the cloak. The accused has been identified as Jai Prakash Putra Yograj Village Jander, Post Office Basantpur Tehsil Sunni.
It resides in the public works department’s official residence in the old bus stand. Police have registered a case and started investigation. Police is probing from whom the accused used to buy drugs and sell them to whom. The police have registered a case and arrested the accused, now his government job is also believed to be gone. Police is trying to trace the entire network from the accused.
6.22 village resident of Rampur caught with chitta
Solan. Police have recovered 6.22 grams of Chitta from Rabaun under Police Station Solan.
