“An application has been made to the Central Government under Section 13 of the Companies Act, 2012 to change the registered office of the Company from the State of Maharashtra to the State of Karnataka. For which a resolution has been passed in the general meeting held on August 16, 2022 to amend the company’s memorandum of association,” said the notice given by the company.
