New Delhi[शुजउद्दीन], In Seemapuri area, miscreants robbed an elderly woman of five lakh rupees and ornaments hostage in her house. The woman was alone in the house at the time of the incident, three miscreants carried out the incident. On protesting, the miscreants also threatened to kill the old man.
On the complaint of the victim’s husband Rakesh Gupta, the police is investigating the matter by registering an FIR under various sections including robbery. Police are trying to identify the miscreants by scanning the footage of CCTV cameras. Rakesh Gupta (60) lives with family in Dilshad Garden.
He runs a sari shop and car service center under the house. On Thursday morning at 5:30, he had gone for a walk in a nearby park with his daughter. His wife was at home. When he returned home at seven o’clock, he saw his wife’s hands and feet tied with cloth, the shelves open.
In which cash worth five lakh rupees, and jewelery worth lakhs of rupees were missing. The elders are very scared of the incident, her husband informed the police about the matter. The police suspect that someone known to the victim may have been involved in the incident.
On the other hand, in the Mussoorie police station area of Ghaziabad, adjacent to Delhi, the accused first pretended to buy pole lights in large quantities from a businessman who made pole lights.
Later, on the pretext of building a godown for the place to keep so many lights, cheated 10 lakh rupees by preparing an agreement on fake documents. The accused gave the victim a bluff by getting their fake visiting cards printed. Now the accused are threatening to kill if the money is demanded back. The victim has filed a report naming six accused.
