Hyderabad, PTI. An 18-year-old student committed suicide on Thursday after allegedly failing to clear the Telangana state EAMCET-2023 exam. It is to be known that the results of the Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS-EAMCET) were announced on Thursday, after which the student committed suicide on the Osmania University campus itself.

A student studying intermediate set himself on fire by pouring petrol. In the burning condition of the student, a person informed the city police. Police said the student was taken to a hospital where he died during treatment. Police said the student committed suicide after he was very disappointed for not passing the exam. According to the police, a case has been registered in this matter.
Six students committed suicide after TSBIE results came out
It is known that recently the result of Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) was declared. Six students committed suicide after the result was declared, including five students from Hyderabad and one student from Nizamabad. Three girls were also involved in the suicides.
