Haryana News: The Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) has received a setback from the Punjab Haryana High Court regarding the recruitment of Assistant District Attorney (ADA) in the Prosecution Department.
The High Court has stayed the recruitment process till further orders. Along with this, a notice has been issued to the commission seeking its reply.
In the month of February, an advertisement was issued by HPSC to recruit 112 ADA posts.
After the completion of the application process by the commission, the exam pattern was changed in April.
Earlier there was an exam for these posts. After that there was an interview.
Now after the change, the candidates were given 2 written examinations, one preliminary and the other main examination.
It has been said in the petition that the process could not be changed after the application was sought, so the examination should be canceled.
The commission also changed the educational qualification after the exam pattern. This change has been made after the application process was completed in March.
After the change of HPSC, those youths who did not have Hindi and Sanskrit subject till 10th will get a chance.
In Haryana, Hindi or Sanskrit is in the syllabus till class 10th. In such a situation, the youth of other states will get more benefit from it.
Except Haryana, most of the states are such where Hindi and Sanskrit are not compulsory subjects in class X.
