HC bans Assistant District Attorney recruitment in Haryana, HPSC had changed recruitment rules

Chandigarh: A hearing was held today in the High Court on behalf of the Haryana Public Service Commission for the recruitment of Assistant District Attorney in Haryana. Today itself, the petitioner had challenged the matter in the High Court. The High Court stayed this recruitment after the hearing. In fact, in this case, a challenge was made in the High Court on the basis of change in the recruitment process. The court has issued a notice to the government and the Haryana Public Service Commission in this matter, seeking answers.

Actually HPSC has made some changes in the recruitment rules of Assistant District Attorney. The commission has made this change after the application process was completed in March. Along with this, new candidates will be able to join the application process for this recruitment from May 30 to June 5 till 5 pm only. At the same time, the candidates who have already applied will not need to apply again.

According to the information, due to the change in the rules made by the Haryana Public Service Commission, the candidates of other states will get a fair chance. Because this change of HPSC will benefit those youths who did not have Hindi and Sanskrit subjects till tenth standard. While in Haryana, Hindi or Sanskrit subjects are in the syllabus till tenth standard. Regarding all these changes, the petitioners had filed a petition in the High Court regarding this. After which the High Court has banned this recruitment process. Along with this, by issuing a notice to HPSC, the High Court has also sought an answer.
