Delhi court grants NOC to Rahul Gandhi for issuance of fresh passport


























New Delhi: Congress party leader Rahul Gandhi got relief in the new passport issue. The Delhi court ruled in his favour. Granted permission to get a regular passport for three years. After being disqualified as an MP, Rahul Gandhi handed over his diplomatic passport and other travel documents to the authorities.

He applied for a regular passport to travel abroad. As he is an accused in the National Herald case, he has to take a No Objection Letter (NOC) for his passport. He filed a petition in the Delhi Metropolitan Magistrate’s Court to issue NOC. The court heard this on Friday. The court revealed that the NOC is being issued for a normal passport for three years.
