Haryana News: Rewari, known as the biggest industrial district after Gurugram, is setting new dimensions of development in the current BJP-JJP coalition government. Work on several major infrastructure projects is progressing at a fast pace. On completion of these projects by this year, a new picture of Rewari district will emerge. On the lines of Gurugram, New Rewari is now gaining momentum on the track of development. In the coming time, the city of Rewari will be seen in a different face.
Outer bypass of about 14 km
This plan of Rewari city, which has been demanding outer bypass for the last decade and a half, is now in its final form on the ground. A 14.1 km new outer bypass of NH-11 is being prepared for vehicles passing through the city. Its portion from Bombad Fatehpuri cut to Bawal road has been completed and vehicles are plying on it. With the construction of this bypass, a new picture of development will be seen in Rewari district.
With this bypass, now the concept of a new city will also come true. Skyscrapers are coming up on the city’s Garhi Bolni-Kotkasim road and new sectors of the Haryana Urban Development Authority will also come up on this route. In a decade, the new Rewari will be seen on this route, whose picture has already started appearing in the mind.
After the construction of the bypass, not only will the major obstacle of the city be removed, but the drivers going to the cities of Rajasthan from Delhi-Jaipur National Highway will now reach their destination in much less time from Rewari Bypass. The work of outer bypass is expected to be completed by December.
Jhajjar bypass construction work in the last phase
The work of 5 km Jhajjar bypass to connect Berli, Mahendergarh and Narnaul road with HUDA bypass of the city is also in the final stage. After the work of pouring slab on Narnaul line near Harinagar, the overbridge is now being prepared. After its construction, the Outer Bypass and Jhajjar Bypass will join together to act as a new ring road for the city.
This project will give super connectivity to Delhi

A major portion of the 180 km RRTS corridor to be built from Delhi’s Sarai Kale Khan to Alwar will pass through Rewari district. Its first phase is proposed from Delhi to Shahjahanpur-Behror-Neem Rana. For this, the work related to soil testing has been completed in the district and now there is a possibility of getting this project on the ground soon. After the completion of the RRTS corridor, the entire industrial area of Rewari district will have super connectivity from Gurugram-Delhi.
