The opening date of schools in Tamil Nadu has been postponed. Minister Anbil Mahesh has announced that all classes from 1st to 12th will start on June 7.
Minister Anbil Mahesh has already consulted with the Secretary of School Education in this regard. He suggested whether to postpone the opening of schools.
Due to the intense summer heat and heat wave, many parents requested that the opening of schools should be postponed for the sake of the students.
After this, Minister Anbil Mahesh consulted with the administrators of the school education department. After that Anbil Mahesh again consulted with the Chief Secretary Thaoyanpu. The Minister kindly announced that two dates have been selected for the opening of schools for that consultation.
Anbil Mahesh had said that these dates will be given to the Chief Minister and the Chief Minister will select a date from them. It is in this situation that the school education minister Anbil Mahes has announced that schools will be opened on June 7. The date was confirmed as Chief Minister Stalin gave permission from Japan to open schools on the 7th.
Opening of Schools: With two days left for the opening of schools in Tamil Nadu, special buses have started running. Accordingly, special bus service has been started between various areas. A special bus is running from Trichy, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur, Thirutharapoondi, Pudukottai, Mayiladuthurai, Vedaranyam, Karaikudi, Pattukottai, Nagapattinam, Thiruvarur, Ramanathapuram to Chennai.
Similarly, special buses will be operated from Chennai to Trichy, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur, Thiruthuraipoondi, Pudukottai, Mayiladuthurai, Vedaranyam, Karaikudi, Pattukottai, Nagapattinam, Tiruvarur, Ramanathapuram.
Special buses will be run from Trichy to Coimbatore, Tirupur, Madurai and from these areas. These buses will be operated on 4th and 5th. These special buses will be operated from today for the students who have gone for summer vacation to return home.
Main order: On the other hand, the Tamil Nadu government has issued an order that school management committee meetings should be held in all schools in Tamil Nadu on the 9th.
This committee meeting will discuss prevention of school dropout. In the new academic year, a list of absentee students will be taken and the same will be discussed. Advice will be given on bringing them back to school.
If there are differently abled children and they are not attending classes, they will be consulted about their re-admission. It will also consult on ensuring special training courses for students with such special needs.
It is also said that important suggestions will be made in this committee meeting regarding the better implementation of the home search and education program. The Tamil Nadu School Education Department said that the members of this group must hold a meeting on the 9th.
