ED action in Nagpur
Nagpur – ED has raided four big betel nut traders in Nagpur. At six o’clock in the morning today, more than twenty ED officials came to Itwari Maskasath area in Nagpur. He started the campaign. It also includes Goyal Traders, a betel nut trader in Maskasath area. This raid and search operation has been carried out under the tight security of CRPF jawans. Nagpur is the largest betel nut selling center in Central India. Nagpur is the largest betel nut trader in the country.
The raid was conducted as the ED suspected that hawala money was being used in the betel nut trade. Some important documents of the betel nut trade have come into the hands of the ED in this raid. Due to this daring session, other traders have panicked.
ED conducted raids at four different places in Nagpur. ED conducted raids on traders in the Itwari area. ED suspects that black money is being used.
The ED operation started from six in the morning. There are reports of financial irregularities in the betel nut trade. This action was also taken in Maskasath and Itwari area.

Nagpur is a major hub for the sale of raw betel nuts. Big traders are in this place. ED raided some of these traders. CRPF jawans have been deployed.
Prakash Goyal, Asif Kaliwala, Hemant Kumar Gulabchand, Wasim Bawla, Himansu Bhadra of Digvijay Transport and others were raided.
It is reported that 18 houses and establishments have been inspected. It is reported that 130 officers are involved in this operation in Nagpur division.
