According to the trends so far, BJP is expected to get 136 to 138 seats. While Congress is expected to get 30 to 31 seats, AAP is expected to get 8 to 9 seats. Whereas BJP’s rate of forming government in Gujarat is 8 to 10 paise.
Voting has been held in Gujarat in two phases on 1 and 5 December. About 63 percent voting took place in the first phase. The BJP is in power in the state for the last 27 years. In the 2017 assembly elections in Gujarat, the BJP formed the government by winning 99 out of 182 seats. The Congress had won 77 seats.
