Salman Khan’s Tiger 3 hit the theaters on November 11. Directed by Manish Sharma, the film has Katrina Kaif as the heroine. After Pathan, the film from Yash Raj Films’ Spy Universe received huge hype.
Yash Raj Films has released the eight-day global collection report of Tiger 3. According to the released report, the film has collected Rs 376 crore from the global box office. The film has collected Rs 230.75 crore from India alone. Similarly, the film has collected Rs 96 crore from outside India in these eight days.
The film hit the theaters on November 12 as a Diwali release but lacked the fan support of Shah Rukh Khan films, but the film’s first day response, bookings and collections from Kerala were good. The film collected 1.1 crore from Kerala on its first day. After Jaawan and Pathan, Tiger 3 is the third Bollywood film in history to achieve this feat. But that feat was not sustained.
Emraan Hashmi is the villain of the film. Other characters were played by Ashutosh Rana, Revathi, Riddi Dogra and Ranveer Surey.
Meanwhile, the Salman film received mixed response from the audience. The third part of Ek Tha Tiger released in 2012 has now been released. In 2017, Tiger Zinda Hai came as the second part. This year Yash Raj Films started the spy universe with the film Pathan produced by Yash Raj Films itself. Shahrukh Khan’s cameo role in the film was highly praised.
