Shahrukh Khan is going to do a film with his daughter Suhana Khan. The name of this film is being told as King. Earlier it was believed that this film would be based on father-daughter relationship. But now it is being called an action thriller. The latest news is that Shahrukh and Suhana are going to start shooting for this film from January 2024. Pathaan director Siddharth Anand is also associated with this film.
According to the report of Pinkvilla, the shooting of ‘King’ will start in January 2024. Preparations are on to shoot this film non-stop without any break. Siddharth Anand is the producer of this film. Also, Siddharth and his team will design and shoot all the action sequences of this film. Because at present Siddharth is being seen as the strongest action director of India. He made ‘Pathan’ with Shahrukh Khan. That’s why both share a good bond. That’s why Shahrukh decided to add Siddharth to ‘King’ also.
Pre-production work of this Shahrukh and Suhana starrer film is going on. The final touch has also been given to the script. There is just a delay in starting the shooting. It is being told that this will be a very different kind of film from Shahrukh’s previous films ‘Pathan’ and ‘Jawaan’. Many twists and turns will be seen in this story equipped with a lot of chase sequences. Although the plot of the film is emotional.
Considering the thriller quality of the film, Sujoy Ghosh has been chosen to direct ‘King’. Sujoy has earlier made films like ‘Jhankar Beats’ and ‘Kahaani’. He also directed ‘Badla’ produced by Shahrukh Khan. His previous film was Kareena Kapoor starrer ‘Jaane Jaan’, which was released on Netflix.
The shooting of ‘King’ is set to be completed in the first quarter of 2024. Because after this Shahrukh Khan will work on ‘Tiger vs Pathan’. ‘King’ is set to be released on Diwali 2024. Currently, Shahrukh Khan is waiting for the release of his film ‘Dinky’, which is going to be released in theaters on 21st December. Whereas Suhana’s first film ‘The Archies’ is releasing on Netflix on 7th December.
