Shahrukh Khan’s film Dunki is coming. It is being told that the second promotional material of the film can be released on Wednesday. This could be Dunki Drop 2. Or the first song of the film could be Lutt Putt Gaya. Meanwhile, an interview of actor Ajay Kumar, who worked with Shahrukh Khan in the film, is going viral. In this, Ajay tells that he had to shoot an interview scene with Shahrukh. Shahrukh worked hard for 6 hours on this two and a half minute scene and rehearsed it 25 times.

Ajay Kumar is playing the role of a South Indian man in ‘Dinky’. The name of his character will be Vangi Purappu Venkata Kuppu. Ajay has talked with Dainik Bhaskar about his experience of working in ‘Dinky’. He told that he had earlier worked in Rajkumar Hirani’s film ‘PK’. Hirani remembered his work. That’s why he was cast in ‘Dinky’. Ajay’s role is of a man who interviews people who want to go to London. That is why he has a scene with Shahrukh and his four friends in the film.

Ajay told that on the day of his shoot, he reached the set at 10-11 in the morning. After a few hours Shahrukh Khan also arrived. After that he shot continuously for 6 hours. Shahrukh did not sit comfortably in the breaks that were taken between one cut and another to change the lighting. He used to keep rehearsing his scenes. Ajay tells that Shahrukh rehearsed more than 25 times for the scene with him. And that scene was shot in many different ways. Hirani has also told that Shahrukh Khan used to shoot every scene in different ways on the phone and send it to him.

In the same interview, it was also revealed that after ‘Jawaan’, Shahrukh Khan will be seen in three-four looks in ‘Dinky’ also. These different looks will be seen at different stages of their journey. Ajay tells that there was an army of make-up people standing on the sets of the film. Whose job was to make sure that Shahrukh’s look matches well with the age of him and his character. These days the post-production work of ‘Dinky’ is going on in full swing. The Delhi based actors are dubbing their parts in Delhi only. There too a team is engaged in post-production work.

Actors like Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Vikram Kochhar, Boman Irani, Anil Grover and Dharmendra are working with Shahrukh Khan in ‘Dinky’. This film has been directed by Rajkumar Hirani. The official release date of ‘Dinky’ has not been announced yet. There are reports that this film may be released in theaters on 21st December instead of 22nd.
