Music composer got emotional while receiving the award

Rajamouli along with his co-stars Ram Charan Tej and Jr NTR arrived at the ongoing 80th Golden Globe Awards in Beverly Hills, USA. South Superstar Chiranjeevi described this achievement of RRR as historic. Music composer MM Keeravani received the award. He got emotional while thanking Rajamouli and the cast.

Award not received in Best Foreign Language Film
RRR was also nominated in the Best Foreign Language Film category at the Golden Globes. That is, there was hope of getting another award. But here Argentina 1985 won. In this category, RRR was up against Decision to Leave (South Korea), All Quiet on the Western Front (Germany) and Argentina 1985 (Argentina).
