Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh BJP MP Janardan Mishra cleaned the toilet with his bare hands in a girls’ school on Friday. The video of this went viral on social media. Janardhan Mishra said in a tweet that he participated in the program of cleaning toilets in Khatkhari Girls School as part of ‘Seva Pakhwada’ organized by BJP Yuva Morcha.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched Swachh Bharat Mission on 2nd October 2014. Under this mission, a target has been set to make the country’s villages, panchayats, districts, states and Union Territories free of open defecation by the 150th birth anniversary of Gandhi on October 2, 2019. According to government statistics, more than 100 million toilets have been constructed in rural areas as part of this project.
