Perth: St. Joseph Syro Malabar Parish, Perth, Western Australia is organizing a sports day and family fair for parishioners. The event will take place on September 23 from 8am to 8pm on Hossack Avenue in Parkwood. Admission is free.
Registration will start at 8 am. Then the matches will begin. The opening ceremony is at 11.30. Father Anish James VC, Vicar of St. Joseph Syro Malabar Parish, Perth will give the welcome address. Riverton MLA Dr. Jagadish Krishnan will inaugurate.
Featuring soccer tournaments, athletics, chess competitions, sports and entertainment food stalls including a lemon and spoon race, a day full of fun with the family is packed with exciting events. More than a thousand people are expected to attend the events.
