Virat Kohli has taken eight acres of land in Zirad and is going to build a farm house there. Virat’s brother Vikas Kohli completed the transaction on Tuesday, August 30, the day before Ganpati’s arrival.

Six months ago, Virat Kohli and wife Anushka Sharma visited Zirad and inspected the place. Due to the busy schedule of cricket, Virat Kohli could not come to Alibaug and complete the venue deal. He is currently in Dubai for the Asia Cup cricket tournament. Therefore, following Ganpati’s Muhurat the previous day, Vikas Kohli’s younger brother completed the transaction for Virat Kohli through ‘power of attorney’. The sale and purchase documents of 8 acres of land at Zirad were registered with Associate Sub-Registrar Ashwini Bhagat at Alibaug. The total cost of this land is 19 crore 24 lakh 50 thousand rupees and for this he deposited stamp duty of 3 lakh 35 thousand rupees 1 crore 15 lakh 45 thousand rupees in the government treasury. On Tuesday, Vikas Kohli attended the registrar’s office and registered the transaction. This transaction was done by Samira Habitats, a well-known real estate company.
After Sachin Tendulkar, Ajit Agarkar, Ravi Shastri, Rohit Sharma, now Virat Kohli will also become Alibagkar. Along with businessmen, film actors and cricketers, the scenic surroundings of Alibaug are also enamored. Ravi Shastri has built a house in Alibaug ten years ago, while Rohit Sharma’s 3-acre farmhouse in Mhatroli-Saral area is under construction, informed Amit Naik, the builder of this farmhouse. Apart from this, Hardik Pandya, Yuzvender Chahal had also reached Alibaug after searching for a place for a few days. From this, it is seen that the preference of cricketers, cinematographers, entrepreneurs for Alibaug is increasing day by day.
