Rajasthan Strike Of Judicial Employees Continues On 8th Day Adopting A Unique Way Of Demonstrating Their Demands ANN

Rajasthan: In Rajasthan, judicial employees are on strike for the last 8 days, due to which the work in the courts has come to a standstill. He is angry with the death of Subhash Mehra, an assistant employee of NDPS Court in Jaipur, under suspicious circumstances 21 days ago. Angry judicial employees have demanded that, by registering an FIR in this matter, the Rajasthan Police should take strict action against the culprits.

Today is the eighth day of the judicial employees demonstration and mass holiday, in such a situation, the work in all the courts has come to a standstill for the last 7 days. The judicial employees have demanded that Rs 50 lakh should be given to the relatives of the deceased as a compassionate amount and a family member should be given a job.

District President of Judicial Employees Union said this regarding the incident
Jodhpur District President of Rajasthan Judicial Employees Union, Anil Joshi told that, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot is continuously claiming that FIRs are being registered immediately in police stations. But after the suspicious death of one of our judicial employee Subhash Mehra at the judicial officer’s house, an FIR was lodged in the police station on behalf of the family members. Which the police has not registered till today.

Anil Joshi, District President of the Judicial Employees Union, said that the organization has been fighting for justice for the last 7 days. Police administration is adopting dictatorial attitude in this matter, due to which only case has been registered in the case of Subhash Mehra. He further said that this attitude of the administration is not acceptable to us. Anil Joshi said, the police should register an FIR in the matter, this matter is related to the Judiciary, so it should be investigated by the CBI. He said that, if the matter remains with the police, due to pressure the deceased will not get justice.

District President of the Judicial Employees Union, Anil Joshi demanded from the administration that the slavery practice of judicial employees should be stopped because the judicial employee Subhash Mehra had taken the goods to the judicial officer’s house. He said that, we are government employees should stop being used like slaves.

Employees are adopting unique method for demonstration
Judicial employees reciting Sunderkand and Hanuman Chalisa daily to register their protest collectively in the court premises during a sit-in demonstration in Jodhpur. During this, judicial employees say, it is a big irony that we know the whole process of justice. At the same time, the police is not even registering an FIR regarding the suspicious death of our judicial staff colleague Subhash Mehra.

While demonstrating, the judicial employees said, the indefinite strike will continue until our demands are met. Sadbuddhi Yagya will be performed for the wisdom of police and administration. The employees told that they are getting the cooperation of many organizations, due to which this movement is not going to be state wide, but country wide.
