Bagur: Three persons on a bike from Puducherry went towards Cuddalore at around 3.00 pm yesterday at high speed.

While crossing Kanniyakuvil junction, the bike hit the barricade in the middle of the road and the three people were thrown on the other side of the road.

On being informed about the accident, the Krimambakkam traffic police went to the spot and rescued the three seriously injured persons and sent them to Puducherry Government General Hospital through 108 ambulance.

During the investigation, Kumaran, 23, of Pachaiyanguppam next to Cuddalore; Senthil, 24; The accident took place when he was drinking alcohol along with a friend and went to Cuddalore after buying another bottle.

Investigation has revealed that they had already met with an accident at another place and got injured in another accident.
