On Tuesday also, changes were seen in the price of crude oil in the global market. During this period, there was a huge increase in the prices of WTI, while there was a slight decline in the prices of Brent crude. On Tuesday, the price of WTI became costlier by 2.25 percent i.e. $ 1.71 per barrel. After this it increased to $ 77.60 per barrel. Whereas the price of Brent crude fell by 0.13 percent i.e. $0.11 and reached $82.21 per barrel.

What are the prices of petrol and diesel in UP?

After the change in the prices of crude oil in the global market, the prices of petrol and diesel changed in many cities of the country. On Tuesday, petrol prices in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh increased by 55 paise to Rs 97.01 per liter. Whereas the price of diesel increased by 54 paise to Rs 90.19 per liter. Whereas in Noida/Greater Noida adjacent to Delhi, the price of petrol became cheaper by 6 paise and diesel by 7 paise to Rs 96.58 and Rs 89.75 per liter respectively.

Whereas in Varanasi today petrol and diesel rose by 18 paise each to Rs 96.89 and Rs 90.08 per liter. On the other hand, in Meerut, petrol and diesel fell by 15 paise each to Rs 96.31 and Rs 89.49 per liter. Whereas in Prayagraj, petrol and diesel increased by 5 paise each to Rs 97.17 and Rs 90.36 per liter. In Aligarh, petrol fell by 29 paise and diesel by 28 paise to Rs 96.70 and Rs 89.85 per liter respectively.

Oil prices changed in these cities of the country too

In Purba Medinipur, West Bengal, petrol and diesel have become costlier by 15-14 paise to Rs 106.17 and Rs 92.86 per litre. Whereas in Jalpainguri petrol has become costlier by 74 paise and diesel by 68 paise. After this, the price of petrol here has become Rs 106.46 and diesel Rs 93.16 per liter. On the other hand, in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, petrol has fallen by 41 paise to Rs 103.25 and diesel has become cheaper by 40 paise to Rs 94.88. In Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, petrol has become costlier by one rupee per liter to Rs 106.96 and diesel has increased by 97 paise to be sold at Rs 93.46 per litre. In Gopalganj, Bihar, petrol has become costlier by 17 paise and diesel by 16 paise. Now the prices of both here have become Rs 108.68 and Rs 95.39 per liter respectively. Whereas in Purnia petrol has fallen by 21 paise to Rs 108.57 and diesel is being sold 19 paise cheaper at Rs 95.26 per litre.

Petrol and diesel prices stable in all four metros

The price of petrol and diesel in Mumbai remains at Rs 106.42 and Rs 94.38 per liter respectively. In Kolkata, petrol is being sold at Rs 106.03 and diesel at Rs 92.76 per litre. In Chennai, petrol is available at Rs 102.63 and diesel at Rs 94.24 per litre.
