New Delhi, 21 November. Crude oil prices continue to fluctuate in the international market. The price of Brent crude has reached around 83 dollars per barrel and WTI crude has reached around 78 dollars per barrel. However, public sector oil and gas marketing companies have not made any change in the prices of petrol and diesel.
According to the website of Indian Oil, on Tuesday the price of petrol in the capital Delhi stood at Rs 96.72 and diesel at Rs 89.62 per liter. Whereas in Mumbai, Petrol is Rs 106.31 per liter and Diesel is Rs 94.27 per liter. Similarly, in Kolkata, petrol is being sold at Rs 106.03 and diesel at Rs 92.76 per liter, while in Chennai the price of petrol is Rs 102.63 and diesel at Rs 94.24 per liter.
In the international market, Brent crude is trending at 82.15 dollars per barrel with a decline of 0.17 dollars i.e. 0.21 percent in early trading on the second day of the week. At the same time, West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude is trading at 77.60 dollars per barrel with an increase of 1.71 dollars or 2.25 percent.
