LB Nagar court that delivered the verdict

The LB Nagar court on Tuesday awarded life imprisonment and a fine of Rs. According to the police report…Nakka Manjula’s (30) husband Mahesh of Peddagolkonda village, Shamshabad was murdered by her brothers. They gave her a compensation of Rs.3,50,000 for this murder.

Mallaiah, Shankaramma and Ramesh are accused in Mahesh’s murder case. They have been fighting with Manju ever since the money was given. In this order, on July 25, 2017, while returning from work, Manjula quarreled, cursed and attacked. They all poured kerosene on Manjula’s poop and set it on fire. Due to serious injuries, the locals were rushed to the hospital. The then Shamshabad Inspector Krishnaprasad took a statement in the hospital.

A case was registered against the accused and they were arrested and sent to remand. The victim died while undergoing treatment at Osmania Hospital. A case was registered against the accused under 302 IPC. Fradhana accused Mallaiah died while the trial of the case was going on in the court. Others Nakka Shankaramma and Nakka Ramesh were sentenced to life imprisonment.
