Since January, 141 people have lost their lives in road accidents in the district, while in the month of November, half a dozen such accidents have taken place in which people died on the spot. If we find out the reasons for the accidents, the reasons that come to light are haste, carelessness, high speed and not following the rules of the Motor Vehicle Act, etc. If caution had been taken towards these, the accidents could have been avoided. In many accidents, when the breadwinner of the family dies due to negligence, the family is in trouble.

Most accidents occur here in the district-

Last year, 472 accidents took place in 26 police station areas across the district. In which 555 people have been injured. In which 178 people lost their lives in road accidents. In which most of the accidents took place in Asnawar and Aklera, Khanpur, Sadar and Bhawanimandi police station areas. 24 people died in road accidents in Aklera police station area, 12 in Asnawar, 13 in Sadar, 13 in Khanpur.

These accidents shocked-

Case one-

Three members of the same family, residents of Pachpahar district, died tragically on November 15. This family was going to celebrate Bhai Dooj. Pachpahar resident Hitesh Mewada (26), son Bagdiram, his sister Pooja Mewada (28) and his mother Kamlesh (50), all three were going to Dhavad village of Chechat police station area on a motorcycle to celebrate Bhaidooj. Meanwhile, between 9 to 10 o’clock near Undwa, a person trying to overtake a car at high speed came to the wrong side and hit the motorcycle, due to which Hitesh died on the spot, while Pooja and Kamlesh were admitted to SRG Hospital. Died on the way while being brought. Due to the loss of lives of three people from the family, only one member is left in the house.

Death of two of the same family On November 14, Chaumahla resident Rajaram, father Baluram Meghwal (45), wife Lalita Bai (40), daughters Jiya (12), Ayesha (10) and son Ishaan (6) were coming on bike from Sitamau. Suddenly the car coming from the front became unbalanced due to tire burst and collided with the bike rider. Of these, bike rider Ayesha died on the spot. Jhalawar. On November 15, a car rider hit the bike in front of the Kotwali police station, due to which Brahmprakash (45), son of Brijmohan Sharma, resident of Ramdwara Gali, Jhalawar, died. Sharma was coming from Jhalrapatan at around 11.30 pm on Wednesday night. Meanwhile, a car rider hit him hard from behind. Due to this, Brahmprakash suffered a deep head injury and was taken to SRG hospital where the doctors declared him dead. Sharm was running a household by doing contractor work. Now a mountain of trouble fell upon the family.

Case four-

On November 15, two people died in a road accident near Ahu river on National Highway 52. In which Hanuman Kheda resident Vinod and Vinod’s nephew Anil, resident of Junapani, Jhalawar died. Both were going to celebrate Bhaidooj at their sister’s place.

-Do not move the vehicle in the wrong direction – Overtake by taking care in front and behind.

– Do not drive after drinking alcohol.

– Maintain proper distance from the vehicle moving ahead, so that if the vehicle in front applies brakes, you get enough time to slow down the vehicle.

-There is a possibility of accidents due to sudden arrival of animals on the roads at night. Therefore, the speed of the vehicles should be slow and the driver’s attention should be completely on the road.

– Never use mobile while driving. -Avoid driving at high speed.

– Keep focus on the road while driving.

– Avoid keeping gas cylinders or other flammable materials in buses, cars and other passenger vehicles.

The High Court’s guideline is that there is a provision to suspend the license for three months for drink and drive, driving at high speed etc. Right now he is busy in elections.
