Pune Crime: A shocking incident has come to light in Pune, the home of science. A college youth was brutally stabbed to death with a sharp weapon after a homosexual relationship broke up. The incident took place in Wagholi area on Tuesday evening. The dead youth has been identified as Mahesh Sadhu Doke (age 21). Mahesh was a resident of Walhebolai, (Residence Haveli). Preliminary investigation has revealed that Mahesh was killed by an acquaintance.
According to information received, Mahesh Doke was studying in the final year of BBA at BGS College, Wagholi. Mahesh was staying in a hostel in Vangibolahi. Mahesh was going towards the hostel from the college around 6 pm on Tuesday. A young man hit Mahesh on the head and neck with a coyote on Bakori Marg and passed away. The local youth shifted Mahesh to a nearby private hospital in a pool of blood. However, the doctor advised to shift him to Sassoon Hospital. However, Mahesh’s life was lost on the way.
Same-sex relationship with a friend
It has been revealed that Mahesh and his friend Sagar Gaikwad have a homosexual relationship. Sagar Gaikwad is believed to be the contractor. But Mahesh refused to have a relationship with the accused. So the accused was angry. Due to a break in the same-sex relationship, the accused’s friend stabbed Mahesh to death with a coyote. The accused is currently absconding.
Based on the complaint filed by Krishnakant Kamlesh Kumar Yadav, a case of gruesome murder has been registered against Sagar Gaikwad in Lonikand police. Accused Gaikwad is absconding and two teams have been dispatched to search for him. Lonikand police are conducting further investigation.
