New Cars Launched: From small cars to luxury SUVs, several new models have been launched in the month of August. Maruti Suzuki has launched the new Alto K10, while Hyundai has brought the Tucson to India. Mahindra has also launched the classic model of its Scorpio, while Tata has brought the Jet Edition model for the festive season.

1. New Maruti Suzuki Alto K10
The new Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 has been launched in India, it comes in 3.99 variants and the top variant is priced at Rs 5.84 lakh. The new Alto K10 comes with a new design, modern features and equipment, and better safety equipment, while the engine has also been tweaked. The new Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 can be booked at the company’s dealerships and website for an advance payment of Rs 11,000.
It is made available in 4 variants, Standard (O), LXi, VXi and VXi, the top 2 variants are offered in manual and automatic gearboxes. Its AMT variant returns a mileage of 24.9 kmpl and manual variant 24.39 kmpl.
2. 2022 Hyundai Tucson
The 2022 Hyundai Tucson has been launched in India, priced at Rs 27.69 lakh. The company has launched the new Tucson in two variants, the Platinum and the Signature, bringing in a host of features, equipment and new technologies. The company’s car has received 3000 bookings even before its launch, which can be booked by paying an advance of Rs 50,000.
Talking about the engine options, the new Hyundai Tucson is powered by a 2.0-litre petrol engine that delivers 156 bhp of power and 192 Newton meters of torque. It gets a 6-speed automatic gearbox. On the other hand, there is a 2.0-litre diesel engine that delivers 186 bhp of power and 416 Newton meters of torque. It gets an 8-speed automatic gearbox.
3. Tata Jet Edition Models
Tata Motors has launched the Jet Edition of its Nexon, Harrier, Safari. Tata’s Jet Edition SUV has been introduced in Starlight color option to give it a premium feel. Nexon Jet Edition Rs. 12.13 lakh, Harrier Rs. 20.90 lakh and Safari Rs. 21.35 lakhs has been made available at this price.
The Safari Jet Edition is available in 4 variants and the Harrier Jet Edition in 2 variants. Tata’s Jet Edition is a luxury model based on the top variant of the current model.
4. The new Audi Q3
After a long wait, Audi India has finally launched its new Q3 SUV in India. The new Audi Q3 has been launched at a price of Rs 44.89 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). It is offered in two trims – Premium Plus and Technology. The Premium Plus is priced at Rs 44.89 lakh (ex-showroom), while the Technology trim is priced at Rs 50.39 lakh (ex-showroom).
5. Mahindra Scorpio Classic
Mahindra Scorpio Classic prices have been announced. According to the information received, the Scorpio Classic has been introduced in two variants S and S11. The Mahindra Scorpio Classic S is priced at Rs 11.99 lakh and the S11 is priced at Rs 15.49 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Scorpio Classic was launched in India on August 14, but the company will announce the prices tomorrow, August 20. However, the price information has already come out from the sources. The Mahindra Scorpio Classic will be available in five colors including Red Ray, Napoli Back, DSAT Silver, Pearl White and the new Galaxy Grey.
