Bar owner in Hinjewadi accused of destroying evidence of murder in Gajaad murder case
Hinjewadi, 4: The Hinjewadi police arrested a famous bar owner of Hinjewadi along with two others who threw the body of the murdered person in a garbage heap for collusion and mutual disposal of the body of the murdered person with the intention of destroying the evidence of the murder due to the spilled glass of liquor in the country bar. Three others in this case are absconding and police are on their trail.
The name of the bar owner is Babya alias Babasaheb Kaluram Sakhre (age 35, resident Hinjewadi). Along with him, Nilesh Satish Dhumal (res. Osmanabad) and driver Swapnil Thorat (res. Karad, Satara) were arrested by the Hinjewadi police on charges of murder, while Kishore Shinde, Akhilesh Shinde and Dharmendra Yadav, employees of the bar, are still absconding and police are searching for them.
A shocking incident of beating and murdering a stranger in Ashoka Bar in Jayaramnagar area of Hinjewadi came to light a month ago in Hinjewadi. The name of the murdered person was Balaji, and the police investigation revealed that he was Firasta. On July 17, the Hinjewadi police found the body of an unknown person in a rotting state in a garbage heap near the Man-Mhalunge road.
The information given by the Hinjewadi police in this matter is that Balaji spilled a glass of liquor while drinking in Hotel Ashoka Country Bar. Out of anger, Nilesh beat him severely with a liquor bottle and a stick. Balaji died on the spot. After this, hotel manager Kishore Shinde, Akhilesh Shinde and Dharmendra Yadav loaded Balaji’s body in a four-wheeler and threw it in the garbage dump on Mhalunge road.
