The President of Emerald Court Residential Association has said that if the builder tries to construct such a residential scheme, we will oppose those efforts. If time permits, we will also run to the court in this matter.
He has also said that a meeting of the citizens living in this area will be held soon to discuss the matter. Now there is a proposal that a temple should be built in place of this Twitton Tower.
A decision will be made whether to build a temple or a garden
The President of Emerald Court Residents Association has said that the twin towers were constructed illegally in the area of this society. This place was designated as open space i.e. garden. We now plan to create a park at this place. There is also a proposal to build a temple at this place. We will soon hold a meeting of people in the society regarding this. A decision will be taken on the basis of that meeting.
Builder wants housing project
Supertech Chairman RK Arora has said that there is a plan to develop a new housing project on this land. If required for this, the permission of Resident Resident Association will also be taken. The builder also clarified that the company owns 2 acres of land in this area and that space has not been reserved for greenery. If permission is not given to construct the building. The amount given for this land will be demanded back from the Noida Authority. Arora has said that considering the current land rates, the cost of this land is around Rs 80 crore. The builder has also said that Rs 25 crore has been paid for additional FSI for this scheme.
