BMW Z4 M40i Roadster Launched in India; Accelerates to 100 kmph in just 4.5 seconds, Starting Price 89.30 Lakhs | 2023 BMW Z4 M40i Roadster On Road Price; Car Features And Specifications

BMW India has launched the updated BMW Z4 M40i Roadster in India. The company has introduced this luxury car only in the petrol variant, with a starting price of Rs 89.30 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).

Bookings have begun for the car after the launch, which will be available at all BMW dealerships across India from next month. The company has imported the car from Germany and it will get a standard warranty of two years. The car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds.

BMW Z4 M40i : Engine

The BMW Z4 M40i is powered by a 2998 cc 3.0-liter, six-cylinder engine, which is tuned with an 8-speed automatic transmission. This engine generates 335 bhp of power and 500 Nm of peak torque. The car gets three driving modes (EcoPro, Comfort and Sport). According to the company, the car will get a mileage of 12.095 Km/L.

BMW Z4 M40i: Design and Features

The car has a retractable fabric roof, which can be opened and closed in 10 seconds. Along with this, the interior features a new kidney grille with horizontal design, large air intakes, new LED headlamps, soft-top, new air vents around the front wheel arches, rear spoiler, diffuser on the rear bumper and dual exhaust pipes.

Apart from this, the car gets 19-inch alloy wheels, 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, touchscreen infotainment display in the cabin. The BMW Z4 M40i offers several features like active park distance control, rear view camera and driving assistant function.

On the other hand, in terms of safety features, the car has front and side airbags for driver and passengers, anti-lock braking system (ABS) with brake assist, cornering brake control (CBC) and dynamic brake control (DBC).
