Karnataka cabinet expansion today – 24 MLAs sworn in as ministers!! –

24 more MLAs will take oath as ministers in Karnataka today.

In the recently held elections in the state of Karnataka, the Congress defeated the BJP and won the government with a single majority. While the process of choosing the chief minister was dragged on for about 4 days, the Congress top brass chose Siddaramaiah, who was already the chief minister.

Subsequently, on the 20th, the Congress government led by Siddaramaiah took office. Governor Thavarchand Khelat administered the oath of office to Siddaramaiah as the Chief Minister. DK Sivakumar was sworn in as Deputy Chief Minister. Also, Parameshwara, Muniyappa, KG George, MP Patil, Satish Jarkoli, Priyank Kharge, Ramalinga Reddy, Jameer Ahmed Khan were sworn in as ministers.

In this case, the Karnataka Cabinet will be expanded. Accordingly, 24 Congress MLAs will take oath today. It has been announced that Tamil Nadu Congress chief Dinesh Kundurao, Mahadevappa, HK Patil, Madhu Bangarappa will be sworn in at the Raj Bhavan Glass House in Bangalore at 11:45 am today.
