New Delhi, Jagran Correspondent. A 50-year-old man who had gone to eat food at a wedding without being invited was beaten to death in Aali Vihar under Sarita Vihar police station area. The deceased has been identified as Kaushal Mukhiya. The matter is being told about 11 o’clock on Friday night.
The relatives of the deceased staged a protest in front of the Aali Vihar police post by placing the dead body, demanding justice in the matter. Presently, by registering a case in the Sarita Vihar police station, the police is engaged in the investigation.
Baraat used to visit the house often
The relatives of the deceased told that the deceased Kaushal Mukhiya had gone out for a walk on Friday night at around 11 pm. During this, he reached a barat ghar located a short distance from the Aali Vihar police post. They often go roaming there. But this time the people present in the marriage hall beat him badly with sticks saying that he had come to the wedding without being invited. Along with covering his face with a pot wrapped around his neck, he was beaten badly.

After this, he was thrown in the premises of the Baratghar in an inebriated condition. Then the accused themselves came and informed the relatives of the victim that the victim was lying in the middle of the procession and they were facing problems due to this.

Died while being taken to the hospital
As soon as the information was received, the relatives who reached the spot in a hurry were taking him to the hospital when he died in the meantime. After this, the aggrieved party protested by placing the dead body in front of the Aali Vihar police post demanding action against the accused. On the complaint of the victims, a case has been registered at Sarita Vihar police station and investigation is on.
