He will avoid becoming the voice of anyone. At the same time, both Russia and China may have the same stand on this issue. Both are enemies of America. It is this enmity that brings these two closer. At present, Russia’s presence in BRICS is good for India. Russia is an old friend of India. This group includes Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa. China and Russia, along with Iran, are trying to bring Arab countries under their umbrella. However, earlier it seemed that Russia was standing against Israel. Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s not joining BRICS is a big part of the effort to send a message to China as well as not to stand with anyone. China has been exposed in front of the world. No one believes in that. Whatever he does, there are vested interests behind it. This is the reason why it is not easy for Arab countries to accept China.
