In terms of happiness, Kanpur has secured the top position among all the cities of India.
Recently the report of the United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Network has come out. In which a list of the happiest cities of the world has been released. In this list, Kanpur city of UP has won. The people of Kanpur are at the top position in the country in ‘cheerfulness’ and ‘yari baazi’. This report has been released on World Happiness Day i.e. 17 March. In this report, a list of the world’s happiest cities has been made, in which Kanpur is the only city in India that has been included in this list. Kanpuris have been given first place in camaraderie and cheerfulness.
According to the Happiness City Index, the people of Kanpur city are ranked ninth in terms of happiness in the whole world. The people here are the happiest. To prepare this list, the team has worked on many different points. Reasons like Kanpur’s rich heritage, delicious food, fun nightlife and cheap living conditions have been given behind the cheerfulness of the people living here.
Kanpur ranks first in the country
In the Happiest City Index, 40 cities around the world were included, in which Kanpur has secured the ninth position, while Kanpur is at the first position in the country. Kanpur is also known as the industrial city of Uttar Pradesh. This city is famous for its Ganges ghat and barrage, the people here lead a very happy life, due to which Kanpur has achieved this achievement.
